Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever, no credit card required. You can journal up to 20 trades per month, see your equity curve, win rate, and basic stats. It's designed to let you try TradeLens with real data before deciding to upgrade.
What happens after the 14-day Pro / Growth trial?+
You can use every Pro or Growth feature for 14 days. After that, your subscription starts at €14/mo (Pro) or €39/mo (Growth) — or you can downgrade to the free Starter plan and keep your data.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your account settings in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then automatically drop to the free Starter plan.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?+
If you cancel within the first 14 days, no charge is made (it's a free trial). After that, we don't prorate or refund partial months. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
What's the difference between Pro and Growth?+
Pro gives you unlimited trades and the full analytics suite — equity curves, hour/day heatmap, strategy breakdown, Lessons-Learned. Growth adds the AI behavioral layer: Bias Detector, Real-time revenge detection, Full 5-axis Discipline Score, and Prop Challenge Mode. If you want analytics, pick Pro. If you want a coach, pick Growth.
Which plan should a prop firm trader pick?+
Growth. The Prop Challenge Mode tracks FTMO, Apex, The5ers, Topstep, MyFundedFX, Funded Trading Plus, and True Forex Funds drawdown rules in real-time and alerts you before you breach. The Bias Detector also flags revenge trading — the #1 reason challenges fail.
Can I try the Discipline Score before paying?+
Yes — totally free, no signup. Upload a CSV at /score and get your Discipline Score in 60 seconds. The full 5-axis breakdown, alerts, and historical tracking come with Growth.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual billing saves 20% — Pro is €11/mo billed yearly (€132 total) instead of €14/mo, Growth is €31/mo billed yearly (€372 total) instead of €39/mo. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime in settings.
Is my trading data private?+
Yes. Trade data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per user via Postgres row-level security, and never sold or shared. You can export everything and delete the account in one click. See the privacy policy.
